Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR ENTERING INTO A TRANSACTION THROUGH AND/OR OUTSIDE THE WEBSITE. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

The website www.fixransomware.com (the "Website") is operated by PT. Fix Ransom Ware ("FixRansomware", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, including the confidentiality, FAQ, and other terms that form an integral part of these Terms.

We may change, modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time without prior notice. You should review them periodically. By continuing to use the Website after a change takes effect, you accept that change. Other services may be governed by additional terms applicable to those services.

1. Scope of our services

Through the Website, FixRansomware provides an online platform for ransomware-prevention information and for purchasing decryption and disaster-recovery services.

We use our expertise with care, but do not verify or guarantee that all Website information is accurate, complete, correct, or current. We are not responsible for placement or typographical errors, interruptions, repairs, upgrades, inaccuracies, misleading information, or failed delivery of information.

Market conditions or circumstances can change quickly and may make information inaccurate or inapplicable. If you have an issue, please contact customer service.

We may refuse a user or purchase, or cancel a purchase confirmation, in our discretion and for any reason. Where a payment is refunded, a refund administration fee of up to 10% may apply. We may also remove membership temporarily or permanently; a removed user must not attempt to use the Website through another name or user.

  • Breach of these Terms or applicable regulations
  • Fraud, theft, or an indication or suspicion of either
  • Suspected criminal activity or a suspicious order
  • Inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information

2. Cancellation

By placing an order through the Website, you accept and agree to these Terms.

For a refund, FixRansomware may retain or deduct part of the amount paid to recover cancellation costs already incurred, generally within a 10–20% administration range.

3. Prices and promotions

We may offer lower prices and/or promotions from time to time. These offers may carry different terms and conditions concerning purchase and refund policies.

4. Additional fees and refunds

Prices are displayed in detail so that you can see the amount due. Extra charges arising from credit-card use or interbank transfers are borne by the user.

If there is a payment difference, we will email the amount outstanding. If an order is cancelled before the outstanding amount is fully paid, we may refund the amount paid or deduct costs incurred because of that shortfall. If you are unsure about a service, contact customer service during operating hours.

5. User accounts

For registration, we may collect and process your name, email address, telephone number, and other relevant personal information. You must provide accurate, complete, current information and, where reasonably requested, proof of identity.

Only you may use your account. You may not permit another party to use your identity or account, nor assign or transfer your account, without FixRansomware's permission.

You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Orders arising from unauthorized use may still be treated as valid orders. FixRansomware is not responsible for loss arising from misuse of your account.

If you lose control of an account—for example, through hacking or theft of your phone—you must notify us promptly so that we can temporarily block or disable it. You remain responsible for use of your account.

  • Breach of these Terms or regulations
  • Fraud, theft, or suspected criminal activity
  • Suspicious orders or inaccurate/misleading information
  • Improper conduct, threats, insults, or refusal to provide information

6. Payment details and procedure

Payments are made in the stated amount and currency, excluding bank or other charges borne by the user.

For bank transfers, you must provide transfer evidence as payment proof and follow the procedure stated in the FixRansomware confirmation email.

7. Rights and obligations

FixRansomware grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website only as expressly permitted by these Terms. Rights not expressly granted remain with FixRansomware, its suppliers, service providers, or third-party licensors.

Website content and the underlying software infrastructure belong to FixRansomware or our licensors. You also warrant that your email, postal address, and other contact details are accurate.

Without our written consent, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or resell information, software, products, or services obtained from the Website.

  • Using the Website or Content commercially without permission

  • Manipulating search results or using spamdexing, cloaking, hidden text/links, link schemes, or other unethical SEO practices
  • Taking any action that harms the Website, FixRansomware, its affiliates, employees, or reputation

8. Restrictions on use

You agree not to use the Website or Content for unlawful or unauthorized activity. You will not use tools, software, technology, automated agents, or other methods to disrupt Website operations, collect information, or interact with the Website without authorization.

The Website and its Content may not be used for commercial purposes without FixRansomware's written permission.

9. Intellectual property rights

Information and materials, including software, text, data, graphics, images, sound, video, trademarks, logos, icons, and code, may not be published, modified, copied, reproduced, duplicated, or altered without our written permission.

A breach may give rise to civil claims for the full loss suffered and, where applicable, criminal liability. Nothing in these Terms grants an implied licence to use, own, distribute, or modify FixRansomware intellectual property.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and Website Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranty regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that functions, services, or security features will always be uninterrupted or error-free; that errors will be corrected; or that the Website or its servers will be free from viruses, malware, or harmful components.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Services is at your own risk. You are responsible for damage to your computer system or data loss arising from that material.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's liability is limited and excluded. FixRansomware is not liable for direct or indirect loss or damage, including special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or other economic loss, arising from your use of the Website or Website links, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Website.

12. Termination

FixRansomware may change, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Website, any part of it, its services or products, or your access at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

On termination, your obligations under these Terms, including warranties, indemnities, waivers, and limitations of liability, remain in force. We are not liable to you or any third party for termination or suspension of access.

13. Privacy

FixRansomware respects user confidentiality and will seek to comply with relevant data-protection requirements while performing its obligations under these Terms.

14. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and FixRansomware on the same subject matter and supersede all prior written or oral agreements.
